Welcome to Square One Physical Therapy

Square One Physical Therapy, LLC is a physical therapy provider focused on prevention, wellness, function and performance for its patients/clients and provides services in a clinical setting or the patient’s home, place of work, or fitness center.  Square One PT also provides consultation to industries in the capacity of, but not limited to, ergonomics, onsite safety, and injury prevention. The primary strategy is to provide one-on-one individualized hands-on care from a physical therapist designed specifically to the consumers’ needs and goals.  Square One Physical Therapy will continually strive to improve and optimize the service it provides to the clients, patients, and companies in the community.
